Customer Service Banker (Teller)

This position provides excellent service by greeting clients, processing bank transactions, answering inquiries and resolving problems.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma and 1-2 years retail/customer service experience with cash handling, good computer skills and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not a requirement.

Personal Banker

Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining profitable customer relationships through excellent customer service and sales skills.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Opening, closing and maintaining new accounts, answering inquiries regarding Bank products and services, making inquiries of customers relating to their financial status, taking loan applications, and referring customers to Investment Specialists regarding their individual financial planning needs.

Preferred qualifications include: Post high school education in a business related field and 1-3 years of banking experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment, strong computer skills, good organizational skills and attention to details.

This job is hourly, full time with a full benefit package.

Vice President - Business Banking

The VP of Business Banking is responsible for managing accounts to promote the Bank’s growth, credit quality and profitability objectives. Effective management and development of a quality loan portfolio is a key responsibility. This position also takes a proactive role in developing new business and strengthening existing relationships.

Duties include: Maintaining a quality loan portfolio, preparing loan presentation packages and proper loan documentation, ensuring accurate risk ratings of the loan portfolio, negotiating terms of loans, including pricing, structure, note length, and collateral, cross-selling Bank products to existing clients and prospects, reviewing existing loans to ensure compliance with terms and analyzing account activity to ensure client/product compatibility.

Preferred qualifications include: a bachelor degree in a business related field, 3-5 years business lending/loan analysis experience, sales experience with excellent calling and etiquette skills, strong oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
