Our system upgrade over the weekend of June 5th will temporarily impact your ability to use some of your Park Bank services.

Consumers

Online Banking & Mobile Banking

What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

  • You will not be able to access your Mobile Banking or Online Banking platforms, including Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay, beginning at 5pm on Friday, June 5th.

  • Don’t worry – your Bill Pay set up, including scheduled and recurring payments, payees, and history will all transfer over following the upgrade weekend! This also applies to your Popmoney® and external transfer accounts set up in Bill Pay.
  • Your system access to Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and Bill Pay will resume Monday morning, June 8th.

  • While you will have access to your transaction history from prior to the upgrade, extended history (date, amount, and description of transactions) may not be visible in Online Banking for up to a week following the upgrade.
  • Deposit images, check images, and eStatements may not be visible in Online Banking until early July. If you need access to check images while they are unavailable through Online Banking, contact us at 608.278.2801.
  • If you use Quicken, Quickbooks, or another account aggregation solution, we recommend that you download your transactions prior to June 5th and wait until June 15th before trying to reconnect your account again.

What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

  • Mobile and Online Banking will look mostly the same immediately following the upgrade, but this initial system upgrade is just the beginning. You can expect access to new products and services that will continue to make your banking experience more convenient.
  • Notifi® will be replacing our current account alerting system and will provide you with a greater variety of alerts that can be managed from your mobile device. Notifi will be available on June 8th, 2020. See the “Alerts” section for more details.
  • Zelle®, replacing PopMoney, helps you send money fast, safe, and easy, and will be available in late June. If you like PopMoney, you’re going to love Zelle.
  • Credit Sense®, a program you can use to monitor your credit score from within Mobile and Online Banking, will be available later this summer.
  • Video Bankers, also known as Interactive Teller Machines, offer the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a banker. Currently in use at our Sun Prairie branch, additional machines will be available at other branches beginning this summer.
  • TransferNOW®, which allows you to easily transfer funds between accounts at different financial institutions, is coming this fall.
  • Blend® is our new mortgage application platform that will streamline the process of applying for a home loan. You will be able to submit your application and all of your supporting loan documentation on one easy-to-use system, getting you to into your home faster. It will be available later this summer.
  • While we are working hard to make this upgrade as seamless as possible, there are a few steps the system will require you to take in order to access them following the upgrade:
  • Log in with your username and password and re-establish some of your security settings.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • If you have bookmarked the direct login page for Online Banking, update the bookmark to the new URL.
  • Your Bill Pay profile, if applicable (including scheduled and recurring payments, payees, and history) will all transfer over and you can access them again by June 8th. This also applies to your Popmoney and external transfer accounts set up in Bill Pay.

 

Debit Cards

What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

  • Your debit card will have daily limits that are lower than usual beginning at 5pm on Friday, June 5th. We recommend that if you anticipate making any larger purchases that weekend, you utilize another payment type (for example, your Park Bank credit card).
  • Your limits will go back to normal on Monday morning, June 8th.

 

Statements & eStatement Notifications

What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

  • It may take until early July before some of your eStatements are available within Online Banking following the upgrade. We recommend that you download any eStatements you will need prior to June 5th, especially your May statement due to the short window of availability.
  • Your statement and the eStatement notification email you receive (if applicable) will have an updated design.
  • You will receive an additional paper statement for the transactions that post to your checking account through June 5th. No interest will post on this statement, and no fees, if applicable, will apply. Please note this statement will be a paper statement and arrive in the mail, even if you previously signed up for eStatements.
  • If you signed up for eStatements, you will go back to receiving eStatements after this particular paper statement.
  • The paper statements you receive going forward will come in envelopes with a different design than the envelopes you currently receive.

 

Telebank

What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

  • Telebank will not be available beginning at 5pm on Friday, June 5th. It will be available again on Monday, June 8th.

What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

  • After the upgrade, the menu within Telebank may have changed, so please be sure to listen closely to the options provided.

 

Alerts

What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

  • Alerts set up through Online Banking prior to June 5th will not be carried over to the new system. In addition, any alerts you would expect to receive after June 5th will not be sent. You will need to set up new alerts after the upgrade using our new alert tool, Notifi®. These alerts can be set up easily from within Mobile or Online Banking.

If your statement typically produces any other date than the last business day of the month, this additional paper statement will contain transactions from the last statement cut date through June 5th. Please note this statement will be a paper statement and arrive in the mail, even if you typically receive eStatements.
  • This statement will not include interest, analysis credits, or any service charges.
  • You will go back to receiving eStatements after this particular paper statement.

 

Remote Deposit Capture

What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

  • You will not be able to access Remote Deposit Capture beginning at 5pm on June 5th. We recommend that you scan all checks prior to 5pm. It will be available again on Monday morning, June 8th.
  • Please ensure there are no unsubmitted deposits remaining in Remote Deposit Capture as of Friday, June 5th at 5pm. Any unsubmitted deposits in a review queue will be lost.

What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

  • For most users, there should be no change. However, if you use Internet Explorer, you may need to update your settings. Click here if you use Internet Explorer for Merchant Capture for helpful tips.
  • Our daily deposit processing cutoff time will be 6pm on any business day.

 

Wire Transfers

What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

  • You will not be able to send or receive wires through Business Online Banking beginning at 5pm on June 5th. Your access to Wire Transfers through Business Online Banking will be available again on Monday morning, June 8th.
  • Wires will need to be submitted prior to 5pm and any pending approval items will need to be approved prior to 5pm. We recommend that you submit and approve all wires prior to 5pm. Any transactions in a review queue that have not been approved will be lost.
  • All wire templates and wire payment history will remain intact following the upgrade.

 

    ACH Manager

    What do I need to know about Upgrade Weekend – June 5th, 6th, and 7th?

    • You will not be able to access ACH Manager beginning at 5pm on June 5th. It will be available again on Monday morning, June 8th.
    • All ACH files need to be submitted prior to the cutoff time and any pending approval items will need to be approved prior to 5pm on Friday, June 5th. We recommend that you submit and approve all ACH items prior to 5pm. Any transactions in a review queue that have not been approved will be lost.
    • Certain future dated ACH files or transactions may be lost. Use caution originating future-dated files of these types with these dates until Monday morning, June 8th.
    • Debit files with a settlement date of June 9th and after may not process and may need to be recreated.
    • Credit files with a settlement date of June 10th and after may not process and may need to be recreated.
    • All ACH templates and ACH payment history will remain intact following the upgrade.

     

    Alerts

    What will be different after Upgrade Weekend?

    • Alerts set up in Business Online Banking prior to June 5th will not be carried over to the new system. In addition, any alerts you would expect to receive after June 5th will not be sent. You will need to set up new alerts after the upgrade using our new alert tool, Notifi®. These alerts can be set up easily from within Online or Mobile Banking.
