Customer Service Banker I (Part-time) - Hilldale

Customer Service Bankers are responsible for processing customer transactions, managing and balancing cash and assisting with vault responsiblities. In addition, Customer Service Bankers provide friendly and accurate service to clients while uncovering client needs and referring products. Compliance with all safety and compliance regulations and policies is essential.

Customer Service Bankers are also responsible for client transaction processing and sales assistance, including: Listening actively to client needs and concerns, offering respect and empathy to clients, communicating clearly (verbally and non-verbally) with clients to foster a sense of trust, operating software to process transactions and perform account inquiries, processing deposits and withdrawals according to Park Bank guidelines, cashing checks according to Park Bank guidelines, processing loan and credit card payments according to Park Bank guidelines, recording and using account numbers and tran codes with accuracy, identifying relevant opportunities for referrals and effectively handing off to the appropriate associate or establishing a plan for follow-up.

Loan Servicing Representative - Park Bank Center

The Loan Servicing Representative provides loan related support to external clients, branch associates as well as consumer, mortgage and commercial lending departments. The following responsibilities include reviewing executed loan documents for booking terms, booking first mortgage loans and verifying on the Bank's core processing system, processing various loan related transactions, researching and resolving customer service inquiries about their loans and various tasks associated with loan servicing objectives.

Preferred qualifications include: High school diploma - a post-secondary degree in related field preferred, one to three years experience in loan servicing preferred, solid customer orientation with good interpersonal and written communication skills, proficiency in math and computer skills, excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention-to-detail, and the ability to multi-task workload effectively.

This is a non-exempt position with primary hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday and after hours/weekends as needed, (full time) with a full benefit package.
