Compliance Specialist - Park Bank Center

This position is responsible for a wide range of compliance and security administrative tasks/duties. The incumbent reviews and audits various compliance and security reports, loan files, mortgage disclosure information, source information such as credit reports and client account statements. The incumbent understands, interprets, researches and trains other associates on regulation/compliance rules. Maintains confidential nature of personal and financial information. Other duties are performed as assigned or needed.

Preferred qualifications include: Keen desire to learn regulatory rules and guidelines and apply them, associate degree or other post high school education, one to three years experience - preferred teller, bank operations or compliance experience, excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention- to-detail, able to multi-task workload effectively.

This is a non-exempt position with primary hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday and after hours/weekends as needed, (full time) with a full benefit package.

Universal Banker I - Capitol Square

This associate will provide friendly and accurate service to clients by processing account transactions, opening and closing accounts, selling bank services and products, and paying particular attention to managing and balancing cash drawers. They will act as a primary front line associate at the branch responsible for developing, maintaining and servicing profitable personal and business relationships, providing excellent customer service and applying process and compliance knowledge. The associate will uncover client needs and refer them to the appropriate associate(s).

Preferred qualifications include: High School Diploma required, Associate degree or formal training preferred but not necessary. Two to four years work experience. Some banking experience preferred but not necessary.

This is a hourly position, full time, first shift with a full benefit package.
