As the Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer at Park Bank, Josh Marron is responsible for the bank's overall business development and has played an integral role in the bank's growth and success. During his tenure, the bank has grown from $750M in assets to $1.3B. Josh has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the banking industry. He currently oversees Business Banking, Business Services, Business Development, Community Engagement, Private Banking, Finance, and Credit Administration.

Josh's commitment to the Greater Madison community is evident through his service on various nonprofit boards, including the YMCA of Dane County and the Salvation Army of Dane County. A lifelong resident of Cross Plains, Judy Ketelboeter, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, has held many roles, in both consumer and commercial banking, during her 40 years in the industry. uzanne has over 19 years of banking experience and takes pride in working with her business clients from start to finish, with customized business banking solutions. Pablo Sanchez joined Park Bank in 2000 and has been working in the banking industry for more than 28 years. While his years of experience include business banking, small business lending, and consumer banking, Pablo’s real expertise and passion lie in working with nonprofit organizations. His nonprofit clients appreciate the time he takes to get to know their organization and what they stand for. He uses his knowledge and experience to recommend a unique package that will ensure the organization can focus on their mission instead of their banking relationship. Pablo is also a member of Park Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a board member of the Overture Center Foundation, Madison Chamber of Commerce, UW Health, and serves on the Governor’s Financial Literacy Council.

Having worked in the financial services industry, including banks, brokerage firms and mortgage companies for over 25 years, Leila offers well-rounded knowledge and expertise to help her clients achieve their business aspirations. She prides herself on a high touch approach and being available nearly anytime for client calls. She works closely with clients to help them understand how to reach and expand upon their goals. Leila provides a combination of skilled and practical lending insight alongside friendly and responsive service to her clients. As a former business owner with nearly 15 years in the banking industry, James has the ideal combination of experience and understanding of what it takes to run a successful business. With a background in banking for over 11 years, DJ is passionate about forming deep, meaningful, and unique relationships with every client he works with. With a drive for being involved in the community, DJ serves as Treasurer for Urban Triage, an Ambassador with the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce, and on numerous committees for other area nonprofits.
