CROSS PLAINS, WI (April 2023) – Park Bank is excited to announce Kelly Powell has been named the 2022 Volunteer of the Year from the Cross Plains Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly volunteers for the Cross Plains Fire Department and the Cross Plains Area EMS and served over 1300 hours last year. She was also named Interim Chief twice during 2022 while the department looked for a permanent replacement.
